Subscription

To secure your room we will contact you with additional information regarding the monthly subscription payments, which are securely processed through credit/debit card transactions.

Payment Dates

Following your first month's rental payment, automatic payments will start 25th September and run each month until 25th April the following year.

Lease dates

The academic year will run for 40 weeks commencing in August 2026 and expiring in May 2027.
