Bookings for the upcoming academic year will begin 10am – 1st July 2025.  Rooms that are available will be bookable from that time only. Bookings will fill up fast, so early viewing is highly recommended.

Please be advised that room availability cannot be guaranteed until payment has been processed.

Deposit

To secure a room a *€500 security deposit must be paid by bank transfer on the day of booking. *€100 of the security deposit is non-refundable for admin purposes

Subscription

To secure your room we will contact you with additional information regarding the monthly subscription payments, which are securely processed through credit/debit card transactions.

Payment Dates

Following your first month’s rental payment, automatic payments will start 25th September and run each month until 25th April the following year.

Lease dates

The academic year will run for 40 weeks commencing 24th August 2025 and expiring on 31st May 2026.
