Deposit

To secure a room a *€500 security deposit must be paid by bank transfer on the day of booking. *€100 of the security deposit is non-refundable for admin purposes

Subscription

To secure your room we will contact you with additional information regarding the monthly subscription payments, which are securely processed through credit/debit card transactions.

Payment Dates

Following your first month’s rental payment, automatic payments will start 25th September and run each month until 25th April the following year.

Lease dates

The academic year will run for 40 weeks commencing 28th August 2026 and ending June 1st 2027.

Prices Include : *All bills (paid up to a standard limit), Water, Heat, Electricity, Wi-Fi, Waste & Security.

* Excessive utility bills will be recharged to residents.
