How To Book

Booking for the upcoming academic year 2026/27 will open 10am Tuesday 7th July. Please have your PPS number on hand when making your booking.

To secure a room a booking deposit must be paid by bank transfer by end of day.

Thereafter, we will contact you with additional information regarding the monthly subscription payments, which are securely processed through credit/debit card transactions.

Returning Students

At Carraig Abhainn, we value our returning tenants and love to accommodate them.

If you’re interested in booking accommodation for the upcoming year, please contact the management office to discuss the possibility of reallocation.

As a resident for four years Carraig Abhainn is an ideal location for a student who is new to the area and has many advantages. These include its location from the college, directly across the road. Its security gates which provide security for yourself and your car. Facilities are practical and simple to use. Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. The site is well maintained throughout the year.
