To secure a room in the 2 bed apartment, a security deposit of €500 is required. This deposit is paid by bank transfer – details of which will be emailed to you upon completion of booking. Once the deposit is received, a link will be sent regarding rent.
Your first rent of €884 MUST be paid prior to checking in. Subsequently €884 will be due on the 25th of each month for 8 months until the cessation of your lease starting 25th Sept 2026 ending 25th April 2027.
